The eMCSD site is not a brain dump site*, but does give some handy study tips for the 70-176 test, at least in the experience of the guy who's writing the article. I'd say the question percentages were pretty accurate, although some questions do manage to cover multiple technologies.

(at least be able to recognize the correct answer - to this day if someone were to approach me in a dark alley and demand I implement a Tree View control I couldn't do it...)
